There seems to be a lot of interest in the topic of organizational operating models. One of the first questions which comes to mind is “How do I know what model is currently in place in my organization?” This is, indeed, an important question since in order to understand how to move an organization forward, you need to understand the starting point.
This month, I provide some pointers and questions for consideration on just how to determine your own operating model. If you still need help, I’m only a phone call away.
Have you had a chance to look at our new web site yet? If not, I encourage you to poke around and see what is available and provide feedback on which additional features would be useful.
Until next month,
