I hope you had a restful and relaxing holiday season, and are rejuvenated and ready to go in 2011. The experts tell is the economy is continuing to gain strength, creating good news!

 

One of the challenges we have been facing the past couple of years is the fear of failure in implementing change in our organizations. With the economic troubles we've weathered, nobody was very excited about taking on much risk, or making significant changes. It was all we could do to hold on and stay the course! Well, this has to change in order for us to capitalize on the momentum in the marketplace. It's time once again to look forward, positioning our organizations to reap the opportunities coming our way. Are you ready?
