One of the challenges we have been facing the past couple of years is the fear of failure in implementing change in our organizations. With the economic troubles we've weathered, nobody was very excited about taking on much risk, or making significant changes. It was all we could do to hold on and stay the course! Well, this has to change in order for us to capitalize on the momentum in the marketplace.
